105 Brute Bender 90° Round Tube Die – 1-1/8″ Od, 3″ Centerline Radius

Description

This die fits the 105 Brute Tube and Pipe Bender for bending 1-1/8″ OD round tubing at a 3″ centerline radius with a maximum degree of bend of 90 degrees after springback. Our “What am I bending?” page (located under the Resources tab) is a useful tool if you’re not sure what the difference between tube and pipe is. Our minimum wall thickness specifications are based off of bending DOM mild steel or chromoly. ERW (HREW or CREW) has thin spots which may cause a bending problem. We recommend going up one wall thickness when bending these types of tubing for best results.
