1″ Square Tube Bending Die For Portabender — 3-1/2″ Center-Line Radius

Description

This die fits the Portabender Tube and Pipe Bender for bending 1″ by 1″ square tubing at a centerline radius of 3-1/2″ with a maximum degree of bend of 90 degrees after springback. Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square at a wall thickness between 0.065″ and 0.083″. Bending other types of material (i.e. aluminum and stainless) or square tubing with a wall thickness of more than 0.083″ requires special dies.
